The best employers of Ukraine are defined

The company "HR Center" has carried out the second under the account a research cycle "the Best employers in Ukraine" on methodology of the international consulting company "Hewitt Associates". The given research was conducted by means of three questionnaires revealing opinions of three basic categories of people, working in the company: employees, leaders (top-managers) and a company HR-command.

By results of interrogation, thebest employers of Ukraine in 2008 in a nomination "the Big Ukrainian companies" steels:

1. Joint-Stock Company "Mirgorod factory of mineral waters".

2. Joint-Stock Company "Kievstar GSM".

3. "Industrial and distributive systems".

 

In a nomination "the Small and average Ukrainian companies":

1. Investment group "Master of the real estate"

2. Open Company "Redi kepital"

3. Open Company "SitiStroy". 

 

In a nomination "the International companies"

1. Open Company "Mary Kej (Ukraine) Limited".

2. Representation "Nikomed Ostoyropa Marketing Service GmbH".

3. Open Company "CHibo Ukraine".

4. Open Company "Hilti (Ukraine) of LTD.". 

 

In 2008 59 companies have participated in this project, the opinions on the companies 19 650 employees and 907 top-managers of the companies in Ukraine have informed.
