Proceeding from it we try to give trained in lycée not uzkoprofilnyie craft knowledge and skills, but a many-sided education which core is the trade of the mechanic, – the deputy director of lycée speaks Love Mihaylovna CHERNYAK. – Our main purpose – to prepare children for adaptation process in non-standard, varying conditions of a labour market. For example, all our pupils, irrespective of the chosen specialisation, get in the course of study of the driver’s licence of category B and C, therefore many after the lycée termination get a job drivers. But the driver-forwarding agent having autorepair preparation and understanding logistics, – the expert more demanded and highly paid, than the usual driver. Therefore we train our children both to forwarding business, and logistics, we read lectures on a law of customs and the documentation. And recently at us such subject, as motor transport economy thanks to what graduates of lycée have base preparation for the organisation of own business has been entered. By the way, some of graduates have already opened the autorepair shops. Began with small boxing, but already take pupils of lycée to itself on practice.

– One my acquaintance now works as the main master in large car-care centre. Thus the vocational education at it is not present – it has received all professional skills, repairing own car. How much all the same theoretical knowledge is necessary for the mechanic?

– Without theoretical base some things inevitably should be studied "at random". – Yes, as of today practically all find work on a speciality without special complexities. Besides prestigiousness of a trade of the mechanic here plays a role at that, that children can work at the versatile enterprises as receive in lycée wide and in many respects encyclopaedic knowledge and abilities on automobile subjects. For those who after the lycée termination leaves in army, and it about 30 % of graduates, big plus is availability of the rights of category B and C. Almost all of them become drivers-mechanics – and it, as is known, for recruits one of the most desired army trades.

– What basic specialities on which children are arranged? And they can expect for what salary right after issue?

– I consider, that training passes in lycée under quite harmonious scheme in which there is practically nothing superfluous. Children receive the first practical skills in lycée workshops, perfection occurs on production, and all it are supported with theoretical base. Many consider, that the theory is not necessary to the mechanic, but I am assured, that practice is a dough, and the theory – salt. And as it will not be received tasty bread without salt so there will be no successful practice if it not to support with the theory.
